Greenplum新建的mirror无法启动

Greenplum在部署的时候没创建mirror,是后来加进去的.添加成功后,发现2个mirror无法启动,如新:

然后用gprecoverseg -F全量恢复,提示

请教下各位大佬们,谁遇到过这种情况,应该怎么处理?
