如何利用iframe使得导航条始终位于标题栏下面呢?

是这样的,现在有一个网页文件。如下图所示:

            In this menu you can find and manage:

                    your “<b>Favorites</b>”: so you can easily find the On Demand titles that you like
                </li>
                <li>
                    Your “<b>Favorite channels</b>”. By pressing edit you can easily add/delete channels to/from your favorites. The editing of favorites is common for OTE TV and OTE TV GO channels
                </li>
                <li>
                    The “Reminders” that you have set through the program guide
                </li>
                <li>
                    The “Rental history” of your account, which is available only under the admin profile
                </li>
            </ul>
            In the “Profile management” menu you can change your access rights and your login name and pin or you can bind/unbind your Facebook and Twitter account.
            <br />
            <br />
            The administrator of the account (initial profile) can create up to five (5) sub- profiles and grant/define certain rights to them.
            <br />
            <br />
            In order to create a profile you need to set:
            <ul class="forLeft">
                <li>
                    <b>Login Name.</b> The Login Name must contain at least one letter, must be 5-32 characters long and can also contain numbers, (.) and (_). Additionally, the login name should be available and not already in use by another customer or profile of your account
                </li>
                <li>
                    <b>Name.</b> The Name of the Profile must contain at least one letter, must be 1-32 characters long and can also contain numbers, (.) and (_). Additionally, the profile name should be available and not already in use by another profile under your account
                </li>
                <li>
                    <b>PIN.</b> The pin can be 4-12 digits long
                </li>
                <li>
                    <b>Avatar (image)</b> from the available images
                </li>
                <li>
                    <b>Parental control rating.</b> The default level is set at “all ages admitted”
                </li>
                <li>
                    <b>Monthly rental allowance</b> in euro (€), according to which the profile has the right to rent movies on OTE Cinema On Demand up to a certain amount of money. The default level is set to “No limit”
                </li>
            </ul>
            Additionally, you can lock any channels or the OTE Cinema on Demand catalogues.

            <br />
            The new profile can login with the Login name/Pin that you created for him directly to any of your registered devices.
